Attention over volume

Group classes are capped at eight. Your teacher learns your name, your history and the way you move, and adjusts the work to suit.

Precision before pace

We would rather you do less and do it well. Slower repetitions build the control that makes everything else feel lighter.

Teaching that adapts

Every exercise comes with options. Whether you are recovering, expecting or training hard, the class meets you where you are.

A space that restores
