Pilates House is a boutique studio for considered, unhurried movement. Reformer and mat classes, taught with close attention.

Movement should feel like coming home: precise, quiet and entirely your own.

Pilates House was created as a place to slow down and pay attention. Every class is built around breath, control and alignment, so strength arrives gradually and stays with you.

Considered teaching, in an unhurried space.

Attention over volume

Classes are kept intentionally small, so every adjustment is noticed and every body is seen.

Precision before pace

We move slowly enough to do it well. Control and alignment come first; intensity follows.

Teaching that adapts

Each exercise is offered with options, so the work meets you wherever you are today.

A space that restores

Natural light, warm materials and room to breathe, designed to quiet the mind as you move.

Light, timber and room to breathe.

A calm, sunlit studio shaped around natural materials. Somewhere you’ll want to arrive early and leave slowly.

What our members say.

I came for my back and stayed for the calm. Six months in, I stand taller and sleep better than I have in years.

Elena Marsh

Reformer member since 2023

The teachers notice everything. Small corrections, quietly given, have completely changed the way I move.

Priya Nair

Private client

It’s the one hour of my week that feels unhurried. I leave stronger, and somehow lighter too.
